About these terms

These terms apply when you use bautierwatches.com or subscribe to Bautier launch updates. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

The website currently provides product development information and an email signup. It does not sell watches, accept deposits or reserve products.

Product information

Formstudie I is in development. Images are digital design renders, not photographs of a finished production watch. Specifications, materials, dimensions, finishing, pricing, timing and availability may change before production.

We aim to keep the website accurate, but development information can become outdated. Confirmed product and campaign terms will be published with the Kickstarter launch materials.

Launch updates

You may subscribe only with an email address you are authorised to use. Subscribing does not create a customer account, reserve a watch, guarantee access to a campaign reward or require a purchase.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. We may stop sending updates or remove addresses that bounce, generate complaints or appear to be used unlawfully.

Permitted use

• Use the website only for lawful purposes.
• Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code or misuse the signup form.
• Do not copy or use Bautier branding, product designs, images or website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party services

The website uses service providers for hosting and email delivery. A future Kickstarter campaign will also be governed by Kickstarter terms and the specific campaign terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and those sites control their own content and practices.

Availability and liability

We may change, suspend or withdraw the website or any part of it. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by law, Bautier is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
